Network of modern private dormitories in Ukraine

The project envisions the creation of a new-generation private dormitory, offering students rooms comparable to the comfort level of a hotel. The design focuses on integrating high-quality living spaces with a wide range of amenities, ensuring that residents enjoy advantages that surpass traditional apartment rentals.

The architectural studio developed a variety of apartment layouts tailored to the needs of different groups of students.

The building is designed as a multifunctional hub that goes beyond simple accommodation. Among its key features are coworking spaces, a gym, a café, game and recreation rooms, and other common areas. This approach creates a vibrant student community where learning, social interaction, and a healthy lifestyle are all supported within one complex.
